The 90% Japanese beef shoulder loin is topped with a demi-glace sauce (slowly simmered for four days) and a fried egg, it’s absolute perfection.
As soon as I cut into the meat and the juices overflowed from the inside, I knew I had made the right choice.
I was so satisfied with both the taste and the volume of the food that even though I felt I couldn't eat any more, I just had to have dessert after my meal.
I couldn't leave without trying the homemade cake made by the owner's sister.
I just mumbled to myself that I’ll be on a diet from tomorrow, but not today.
