The shop has a cute triangular roof.
Mr. Kishimoto, who has many years of training in western-style confectionery, aims to bake cakes that both children and adults love, and he is very particular about fresh cream.
He also makes Japanese custard pudding using local ingredients and other baked confectionaries, so try them out!

The owner, Mr. Kishimoto, was born to a confectionery store in Tsuyama. After graduating from high school, he trained five years in Kobe, six years in Tottori and Okayama, then baked cakes and bread in Takebe for four and a half years before establishing this shop.
Twelve years have already passed, and now the name Kishimoto is synonymous with cake in Takebe.
The signature product is the Takebe Roll, made with plenty of fresh cream and Takebe yogurt.
The refreshing taste is delightful.
The shortcakes made with seasonal fruits are a sight to behold, and don't miss the baked goods collaboration with Sunny Day Coffee.
The shop’s atmosphere is sunny and warm, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind.
